OK Elvira V....today's message was actually inspired by a question I asked of my Facebook community tonight.
I asked: "What is the biggest struggle you deal with over the holidays?"
One passionate soul spoke up and said "Not being able to do the traditional things that me and my kids normally do at this time...as I dropped a lot of activities".
You see she recently became a single mom...and her biz (thank goodness) is booming!
So seriously...don't you believe that something had to give?
My sense is that her two beautiful boys will not remember NOT going to see Santa this year...as well as other their other 'traditional activities'.
I encouraged her to not judge herself. I asked her to consider that her sons may simply remember a happy momma who had the courage to leave an unhappy marriage, a momma who loves them fiercely and simply wishes to do right by them, just doing the best that she can!
OK...your turn dear, what do you believe YOU let go of during this holiday season and be just fine...thank you very much?!
